This policy explains the information tenders.GM needs to operate accounts, subscriptions, notifications, and tender access.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email, phone number, organisation, subscription plan, payment reference, and access status.

Information is used to authenticate users, provide subscription access, manage tender listings, send service emails, and protect the portal.

The activation workflow records payment references. The website does not store card numbers or bank account details.

Passwords are stored as hashes, authentication cookies are protected, and administrator access is restricted by role.
