These terms describe the expected use of tenders.GM by visitors, registered users, subscribers, and administrators.
Portal purpose
tenders.GM provides access to public procurement opportunity information and related subscription services. It does not replace official tender instructions.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and verify all tender requirements before acting on a notice.
Subscription access
New registered accounts receive a 30-day trial. Paid access begins after activation and can expire at the end of the selected term.
Tender accuracy
Users remain responsible for reviewing official instructions, deadlines, eligibility rules, and submission requirements.
Service changes
Features, prices, workflows, and access rules may change as the platform evolves.
